ISNFF Journals



The journals of ISNFF include the Journal of Food Bioactives (JFB) published directly by the society and its associates and its first cooperative journal. The Journal of Functional Foods (JFF) which is published by Elsevier. Dr. Fereidoon Shahidi is Editor-in-Chief of JFB and Founding Editor of JFF and its Editor-in-Chief (2008-2017). 





The JFB, a dedicated publication of ISNFF, was launched in 2018 and completed a successful first year with many reviews and original manuscripts. Please note that papers presented during ISNFF Conferences and Exhibition may be submitted for publication consideration to the Journal of Food Bioactives (isnff-jfb.com). To review the published manuscripts please refer to the journal website. The first volume of 2019 was recently published. We have also moved to Scholar One Software which is more familiar to the authors.

Impact Factor: It is a new journal and will be measured within 2-3 years.


All presentations from ISNFF conferences will be considered for inclusion in the journal with a waiver of applicable fees.
